30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Free Return Shipping

We pay for return shipping. Contact us to initiate your return and we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Attach the label and drop off at your nearest shipping location
5. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your return is received. Some banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to post funds.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
