30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition - unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Free Return Shipping

We pay for return shipping! Simply contact us to initiate your return and we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Attach the return label and drop off at your nearest shipping location
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
