Vintage American Transfer Pictures on Card Joseph Stalin Chiang Kai Shek

Very odd- American Transfer Pictures (like the temporary tattoos of today but much cruder).  From M.P. & Co, #9002.  Undated- looks to be late 1940s or early 1950s.  Five of the six pads- with Chiang Kai Shek (always popular with the kids), US Carrier, sub machine gun, tropical fish, Joseph Stalin, Torpedo Boat, Chicks and Butterfly, motor cycle Corps, Gen Marshall, British Flag, American Beauty, US Sailor, Gen Eisenhower, tiger, paratrooper, Flying Fortress, Flying Boat, Gen MacArthur, US Submarine, Broncho Buster.  Some pieces missing on card as seen, especially along bottom.  Rust at staple on each pad, each pad is stuck together but seems to come apart.  Very odd.  Transfers are just over 3x3 each.
